Gaviti Alternative With Gaviti Pricing and Competitors Compared

Gaviti is a full accounts receivable suite with credit checks, cash application and a payment portal, sold by quote. If your real problem is the invoices sitting 30 to 120 days late, DebtAgent writes and sends the follow up on each one for a flat $49 a month.

Published plans from $49 a month. No contingency, no percentage. You stay the creditor of record.

The short answer

The right Gaviti alternative depends on which part of Gaviti you need. Gaviti publishes no price: its pricing page offers tailored pricing based on usage, not per user, through a quote form (gaviti.com/pricing, read October 2026). DebtAgent publishes its price at $49, $149, $499 or $898 a month, or half that billed yearly, with no sales call. Stay with a Gaviti-style suite if you need credit scoring, cash application from lockbox files and an ERP feed. Pick DebtAgent if the job is getting overdue B2B invoices paid this month by a team of one to five people.

01 Where the two tools differ

Six questions that settle a Gaviti decision

Gaviti and DebtAgent both contact your own customers in your own name and neither takes a share of what comes in. One is an order-to-cash suite for a credit and collections department. The other is a collections agent for the overdue tail.

01

Can you see the price?

Gaviti's pricing page says pricing is tailored to usage and sends you to a quote form. Third-party profiles describe tiers named Standard, Pro and Expert billed annually, with no figures. DebtAgent's plans and limits are on the pricing page and you can pay by card today.

02

How long until the first email goes out?

Gaviti says setup takes days and runs through an ERP connection or a scheduled file feed. DebtAgent needs a pasted list or a CSV of the aging report. Most teams generate and approve their first sequence within an hour of signing up.

03

Do you need credit decisions?

Gaviti includes a credit module with credit bureau data for approving and limiting new customers. DebtAgent does no credit scoring. It starts once an invoice is past due and works it until the customer pays, disputes or promises a date.

04

Who does cash application?

Gaviti matches incoming payments to invoices from bank and lockbox files, and says 90% of payments are matched before the day starts. DebtAgent does not apply cash. You record payments in your books and the cadence stops when you mark the debtor paid.

05

What does the late customer see?

Gaviti gives customers a self-service portal with ACH at no fee and card at rates it does not publish. Each DebtAgent debtor gets a private page with the balance, your own payment link, and buttons to promise a date, dispute or ask you to stop contact.

06

How does the message sound?

Gaviti generates dunning emails with AI inside workflows you configure. DebtAgent drafts every message from the real amount, invoice number and days overdue, escalates from friendly to firm to final, and waits for your approval before anything is sent.

02 How it works

How to choose between Gaviti and DebtAgent before the demo call

Four checks on your own data. They take less time than the first sales call and they tell you which kind of tool you are buying.

  1. Step 1

Split the aging report at 30 days

Export open receivables from QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct or your billing system. The dollars more than 30 days past due are what a collections tool has to move. If that figure is under about $250,000, a full order-to-cash suite is hard to pay back.

  2. Step 2

List the modules you would switch on

Credit, cash application, disputes, invoice delivery, portal, collections. If only the last one is on your list, you are pricing a suite to do the work of a sequence.

  3. Step 3

    Run your ten oldest invoices

Load the ten oldest overdue invoices into DebtAgent and generate a sequence for each. Read every draft as your customer would. Approve the ones you would have sent yourself and let them run for a week.

  4. Step 4

Ask Gaviti for a written yearly figure

Ask for the subscription, onboarding, card processing rates and the contract term in writing. Put it beside $294, $894 or $2,994 for a year of DebtAgent and beside the dollars that moved during your one-week test.

What does Gaviti do?

Gaviti is accounts receivable software built in Tel Aviv for finance teams that run credit, billing and collections as one process. Its menu lists modules for collections workflows, credit checks, cash application, dispute routing, customer invoice delivery, a self-service payment portal, analytics and an AI assistant that answers questions about the ledger in chat. It reads invoices from the ERP through a direct connection for cloud systems and through SFTP, email or HTTPS file drops for on-premise ones.

Gaviti's own homepage claims a 30% or greater decrease in DSO and a 50% decrease in late receivables. Those are vendor figures with no published method, so treat them as the upper end of what a well-run rollout produces, not a forecast for your ledger.

The buyer Gaviti is built for has a credit manager, a few collectors and a cash application clerk, often across several entities. If that describes your team, compare it with HighRadius, Billtrust, Tesorio and Versapay. If your AR department is one controller and a bookkeeper, most of the suite would sit unused.

How much does Gaviti cost?

Gaviti does not publish a price. Its pricing page, read in October 2026, says pricing is tailored to your usage and not charged per user, that core features such as unlimited workflows and unlimited users are included in every product, and that there are no hidden costs. To get a figure you fill in a quote form. TrustRadius lists no free version and no trial.

Comparable quote-only AR suites give a sense of scale. Vendr reports a median Tesorio contract of $17,644 a year across its buyer data, with a range from about $7,500 to $43,591, on 12-month terms invoiced upfront. That is not Gaviti's price, and Gaviti may well quote lower or higher, but it is the bracket a mid-market AR suite tends to land in.

Bar chart of first-year cost: DebtAgent Starter $294, DebtAgent Plus $894, Paidnice Pro at 300 invoices $1,188, Chaser Compact annual $2,796, DebtAgent Pro $2,994, and the median Tesorio contract reported by Vendr $17,644. Gaviti publishes no price.
First-year cost of AR tools with a known price. Gaviti is quote only, so it has no bar. The Tesorio figure is the median of buyer contracts reported by Vendr, not a list price.

Against that, a full year of DebtAgent costs $294 on Starter, $894 on Plus and $2,994 on Pro when billed yearly. If you want to read the Tesorio numbers in more detail, the Tesorio pricing breakdown lists what drives a quote up and which costs sit outside the subscription.

Who are Gaviti's competitors?

Gaviti competes with three groups, and only one of them publishes prices.

Order-to-cash suites: HighRadius, Billtrust, Versapay, Tesorio, Esker, Sidetrade and Quadient AR. All are quote only and aim at teams with dedicated collectors. Gartner's alternatives page for Gaviti leads with HighRadius.

AR automation with a list price: Chaser starts at $259 a month for Compact, Paidnice at $69 a month on QuickBooks and Xero, and InvoiceSherpa at $49. These connect to your accounting system and send reminders, some by SMS. Our Chaser alternative comparison and Paidnice comparison show their plans in full.

Collections agents for the overdue tail: DebtAgent, which starts at $49 a month and does one job, the follow up on invoices already past due. Upflow sits between the first two groups; see the Upflow alternative page if it is on your list.

Is Gaviti a good fit for a small business?

Usually not as a first purchase. Gaviti's strengths are the parts a small business rarely needs: credit decisions on new accounts, cash application from lockbox files, multiple entities and an ERP feed. A company with forty open invoices and a handful of slow payers needs those invoices chased consistently, and that is a much smaller and cheaper job.

The test we suggest is simple. If you cannot name a person who will own the credit and cash application modules, buy the collections piece on its own first. Once your late balance is under control and the team grows, a full suite is easier to justify with a year of numbers behind it.

When Gaviti is the better choice

We would send a buyer to Gaviti rather than to us in four cases. When new customers need a credit limit set from bureau data before you ship. When payments arrive by lockbox and someone spends hours a day matching them. When you run several entities on SAP Business One, Dynamics 365 Business Central or Priority and want one collections view across them. And when a payment portal with zero-fee ACH matters more to you than the cost of the subscription.

DebtAgent does none of those four. It drafts and sends email follow up on past-due invoices, gives each customer a page to pay or respond, and keeps a timestamped log of every touch.

Moving the overdue invoices to DebtAgent

There is no implementation project. Paste the open invoice list or upload the CSV export of your aging report, and each customer shows up with the amount, invoice number, due date and days late. Generate a sequence for the oldest ten, read the drafts, approve them. Emails go out under your company name and replies land in your own inbox.

The cadence stops on its own when a customer pays, promises a date, disputes or asks you to stop contacting them. If an account still has not moved after the final notice, the page on placing a commercial account with an agency explains what the next step costs.

04 Questions people actually ask

Gaviti alternative questions

What is the best alternative to Gaviti?

For a US finance team of one to five people that mainly needs overdue invoices chased, DebtAgent is a strong Gaviti alternative at a published $49 to $499 a month, month to month. If you need live accounting sync and SMS with a list price, Chaser starts at $259 a month. Teams that want a full order-to-cash suite usually compare Gaviti with HighRadius, Billtrust, Tesorio and Versapay.

How much does Gaviti cost?

Gaviti does not publish a price. Its pricing page says pricing is tailored to usage, not per user, and that unlimited users and workflows are included, with a quote form for the figure. Third-party profiles describe annual tiers named Standard, Pro and Expert. For scale, Vendr reports a median of $17,644 a year for Tesorio, a comparable quote-only AR suite.

Does Gaviti have a free trial?

TrustRadius lists no free version and no free trial for Gaviti, and the pricing page leads to a quote request. DebtAgent offers a one-time trial of 10 collection sequences once you confirm your email address, without a card, and then paid plans from $49 a month.

Which ERPs does Gaviti integrate with?

ERP Research lists NetSuite, SAP including Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage Intacct, Priority and QuickBooks, plus file feeds by SFTP, email or HTTPS for on-premise systems. Gaviti's own site says it works with any ERP. DebtAgent has no live ERP sync; it works from a CSV export or pasted list of open invoices.

Can DebtAgent do credit checks or cash application like Gaviti?

No. DebtAgent does not score credit and does not match payments to invoices. It handles the follow up once an invoice is past due: drafted email sequences, a page where the customer can pay or respond, and a log of every message. If credit and cash application are must-haves, a suite such as Gaviti fits better.

Does Gaviti or DebtAgent take a percentage of collections?

Neither does. Both are subscription software and you keep every dollar your customers pay. That is the main difference from a collection agency, which commonly keeps 20% to 35% of what it recovers on business accounts and up to 50% on small or very old claims.

05 Security and data

You are handing us your customers' names. Here is what happens to them.

Collections data is unusually sensitive, so we treat it that way: TLS in transit, encrypted storage, a full compliance audit log, and debtor records that are never used to train public models. Card details go to our payment processor and never touch us. Account deletion means delete, everywhere. We are also honest about where we are not yet: no SOC 2 report yet, no SSO yet, no invented customer logos or testimonials either.
